What is your dispatch time?+
Each piece is hand-poured in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
How long will it last?+
Burn time varies by size — our standard pieces last between 40–55 hours. Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to get the most out of it.
Are the brass containers reusable?+
Absolutely. The brass urli is yours to keep long after the wax is gone. Clean it with warm water and use it as a planter, a trinket dish, or simply as décor.
What goes into the fragrance?+
We use premium aroma oils — no synthetic fillers. The scents are rooted in things that actually smell like India: mogra, sandal, kesar, marigold.
Is it safe to use indoors?+
Yes. We use a natural soy wick with no lead, and our wax burns clean with minimal soot — safe for everyday indoor use.

What if my order arrives damaged?+
We pack carefully, but if something arrives broken or defective, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out immediately.
