Refund policy

Because every Mohbatti candle is hand-poured and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns of unused candles for change-of-mind reasons. We do, however, stand behind every piece we ship.

Eligible for refund or replacement

The piece arrives broken, cracked, or visibly defective
You receive the wrong product or wrong variant
The order does not arrive within 14 business days of dispatch

How to raise a request

Email mohbatti.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
