Mohbatti is a small, hand-poured candle house operating from India. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. We never sell your data.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, shipping address and payment details when you place an order
Device and browser data via our store analytics (IP address, pages visited, browser type)
Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials on our servers.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your order
To send order confirmation and tracking updates
To send marketing emails only if you have opted in — unsubscribe anytime
To improve our website using anonymised analytics
To comply with Indian law

Who we share it with

We share data only with our store platform, our payment partner, and our courier partner. None of these parties may use your data for any other purpose.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@mohbatti.in. We will respond within 48 hours.

Data retention

We retain order information for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian tax law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Shipping & returns

Each piece is hand-poured in small batches — please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
